Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Peoria, AZ is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our team and help maintain a high standard of living for residents. You will perform routine HVAC maintenance, handle repairs, prepare apartments, and provide excellent resident service.

With 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and the ability to be on-call, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Own tools and reliable transport are required, along with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (property management/housing advantageous).
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on HVAC systems experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and repairs; preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including make readies and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and high tenant satisfaction.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
