Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades technician in Tallahassee to perform maintenance tasks across multiple properties. The role requires hands-on HVAC experience and EPA licensure, with on-call rotations and a valid driver’s license for off-site work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make ready’s) and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property appearance.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
