The candidate should have HVAC experience or a related degree, plus 3–5 years of operations and customer service experience, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Field experience in HVAC or related degree required.
• 3–5 years direct experience in operations and customer service.
• Proficient in scheduling software and CMMS.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and operations using the CMMS.
• Collaborate with planners, vendors, and clients to meet KPI.
• Lead training, presentations, and teambuilding.
• Ensure all work complies with current codes.
• Coordinate with 24/7 GMP manufacturing environment support.
