Gentry Service Group is seeking a Light Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative in Swannanoa, NC to drive service agreement sales for commercial clients in Morganton and Western North Carolina. You will prospect, survey sites, and present maintenance solutions while building long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• HVAC industry knowledge is recommended but not required; training provided.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and schedule appointments with light commercial businesses.
• Perform thorough site surveys to understand customer needs and develop accurate maintenance proposals.
• Present professional sales proposals and solutions that solve real "hurts" for business owners.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while positioning Gentry as their preferred HVAC service provider.
• Manage your sales pipeline, leads, forecasts, and follow-ups with weekly updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver the best outcomes.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.
• Turn in all signed contracts and supporting documentation within 24 hours.
