ConServ Building Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative to drive growth with commercial clients. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with property owners, facility managers, and operations teams, and sell customized HVAC service agreements.

This role requires prospecting, lead generation, and travel within the territory to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in construction or mechanical service.
• Specialized sales training (Sandler/Miller Heiman or similar) preferred.
• CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years sales experience.
