Gentry Service Group in the Asheville area is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead our growing commercial HVAC service department. This high-impact role offers ownership of daily operations, profitability, and team development within a respected family-owned company serving Western North Carolina since 1963.

You'll earn $70,000–$90,000 per year plus performance bonuses, with full benefits: medical/dental/vision, vacation, holidays, 401(k) match, tool account, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the commercial service department - managing daily operations, dispatching, and technician performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of commercial HVAC technicians.
• Oversee service agreements, warranty claims, inventory, and fleet management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while reviewing quotes and ensuring timely, high-quality work.
• Collaborate with installation and residential teams to create seamless service across the company.
