Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience selling and designing light commercial projects.
• Ability to obtain signed contracts.
• Coordinate equipment, permits, and installations.

Responsibilities

• Provide design details (installation layouts and designs) for items ordered by the customer.
• Obtain signed contracts.
• Order equipment and materials necessary to complete the customer’s order.
• Arrange for permits, sub-contractors, and equipment rentals.
• Produce project job package for supervisor, installers, and warehouse personnel.
• Schedule project date with customer and coordinate with dispatcher.
• Handle all financial aspects of sales including down payments, final payments, rebates, incentives, financing, etc.
• Offer different options and solutions for customers.
• Prepare commission request sheets and review sold/billed jobs for profit margins.
• Ensure quality control and assist in training of new sales personnel.
