Job summary

SFR3 LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician to lead HVAC work across our single-family rental homes. You’ll diagnose and repair, run routes, and manage installs with minimal supervision.

This role offers guaranteed 40 hours, mileage reimbursement of $0.76 per mile, quarterly performance bonus, comprehensive health coverage starting day one, and 2 weeks of PTO (increasing to 3).

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on residential HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Own truck or van and hand tools; tools reimbursed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, mini-splits).
• Refrigerant work: leak detection, recovery, charging (EPA 608).
• Thermostats, condensers, blower motors, capacitors, board-level troubleshooting.
