Job summary

SFR3 LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to lead HVAC services for single-family rentals. You’ll diagnose and fix systems, manage a route, and operate without micromanagement.

EPA Universal and 3+ years of residential HVAC experience are required; own vehicle and tools are a must. Expect a guaranteed 40-hour week, mileage reimbursement, and a quarterly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal certification is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC diagnostics and repair.
• Own vehicle and hand tools; reimbursement for tools and miles.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and mini-splits.
• Perform refrigerant work with leak detection, recovery, and charging.
• Install or change-out full systems; handle plumbing/electric tasks as needed.
• Dokument everything with photos in the company app.
