Job summary

Two Coast Living in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative and corrective maintenance across our multifamily properties. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has EPA Type II certification, 2+ years in maintenance and 1+ year HVAC experience, plus a toolbox of residential building skills.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification Type II or higher is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
