About the Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will take the lead on residential installation projects, ensuring systems are installed with quality and care. You’ll work closely with other team members and customers to deliver an exceptional experience every time.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain – we’ll help!)

• Ability to mentor and guide Install Helpers

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently and precisely install heating and cooling systems

• Lead and support your install crew on job sites

• Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and warehouse

• Keep company vehicle clean and organized

• Participate in training and continuous improvement

• Represent the company with professionalism and care
