Required Qualifications:

• 2 year experience as a residential HVAC Installer
• Installing, removing, maintaining, and repairing the customer's ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
• Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
• Participate in all technical training
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers'requirement
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Excellent written, and communication skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers
• Ability to represent One Source in a professional and clean manner whileinteracting with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
• High School Diploma or GED,Minimum age of 21 or older
• Able to work well with a team
• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
