Required Qualifications:- 2 year experience as a residential HVAC Installer
- Installing, removing, maintaining, and repairing the customer's ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
- Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
- Participate in all technical training
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers'requirement
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Excellent written, and communication skills
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice, on a rotating basis, to service the emergency needs of our customers
- Ability to represent One Source in a professional and clean manner whileinteracting with customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
- High School Diploma or GED,Minimum age of 21 or older
- Able to work well with a team
- Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:- Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
- Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
