B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Albuquerque is seeking a skilled lead installer to manage residential HVAC projects from start to finish. You will supervise crews, ensure quality, and deliver reliable comfort for customers.

Applicants should have 2+ years leading installations, a Journeyman license, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Service Titan and iPad-based workflows. EPA certification preferred.

What You Need

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• One of the following Journeyman Licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification and Nate preferred
