Job summary

USA Hometown Experts is hiring an HVAC Lead Installer in Hoover, AL. You will install residential systems, mentor helpers, and serve as the main customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

The role requires 3+ years of install experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with a team to meet timelines and maintain equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug tests.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems following company standards.
• Lead and mentor installation helpers to maintain high standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide expert advice.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Ensure tools, vehicles and equipment are well-maintained.
