Job summary

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical located in Denver is seeking a Lead Installer to manage residential HVAC installations and mentor junior technicians. You will coordinate field operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid license, and proficiency with Service Titan on an iPad, with opportunities for continuous education and growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Ability to coach, train and apprentice others.
• EPA Certification required; Nate preferred.

What you need: (Lead Installer)

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required, Nate preferred
