Job summary

Trahan's Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated HVAC installer to join our in-person team in Houma, LA. You will install HVAC systems, verify proper connections, and document work accurately while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and a relevant degree/certification. We offer uncapped pay potential with hourly or piece-rate pay and full benefit opportunities including 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred (1–5 years).
• Valid HVAC-related certification preferred (EPA Type II).
• EPA Type II (Preferred) on License/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment per safety rules and manufacturer specs.
• Stay updated on current technologies and products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions and issues.
• Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installation.
• Connect equipment properly and efficiently.
• Document calls and jobs per company requirements.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety policies.

Whatyouwill do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sitesin order toproperly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Who you are:

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’slicensewith clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
