Job summary

Southern Air NOLA is hiring an HVAC Installer to join our in-person team. Install HVAC equipment safely, stay current with new technologies, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

With 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and a valid driver’s license, you will contribute to our growing, family-owned company that offers strong earning potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience is required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record; ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
