Job summary

Hansen is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Installer to join our Mobile, Alabama team. This full-time role offers uncapped opportunity with a competitive salary and solid benefits. Candidates should have 1–5 years of HVAC installation experience and a valid driver’s license.

You will install, connect, and document HVAC work at customer sites, with a focus on safety and quality. We provide ongoing training, a strong 401(k) match, health/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have.
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation.
• Properly connect equipment.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
