Job summary

Bosch Homecomfort seeks an Account Manager to promote the YORK/Hitachi HVAC portfolio to contractors in the assigned market, selling residential and commercial equipment and parts. You will recruit YORK dealers, develop partnerships with existing customers, and expand market share while representing a USA-made HVAC brand.

You will receive leadership coaching and ongoing support from local market leaders to achieve personal and professional goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
5+ years of HVAC/R experience.
5+ years of strategic account management experience.
Salesforce proficiency required.
Ability to travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing customers and expand growth year over year.
Discuss YORK Factory Direct products and programs to gain more share of wallet.
Advise customers on program features to grow their business.
Prospect and recruit customers that fit the YORK partnership profile.
Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow.
Receive support from market leaders and a marketing manager as needed.
Assist customers to select YORK products meeting client needs.
Coach customers on selling approaches, product specs, and applicable regulations.
