Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites applications for an HVAC Journeyman on-site in Boston, MA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex HVAC systems across a commercial portfolio while collaborating with property managers and facilities teams to ensure safe, efficient environments.

The role requires a Journeyman license, EPA certification, a high school diploma with an HVAC apprenticeship, and 4–6 years of hands-on experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a recognized HVAC apprenticeship program or vocational training.
• Valid Journeyman HVAC license and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (Section 608).
• Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system problems to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components per specs, blueprints, and codes.
• Conduct start‑ups, performance testing, and commissioning activities for proper operation.
• Maintain service records, work orders, and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations including EPA refrigerant handling and safety protocols.
