Job summary

You will work on chillers, pumps, control systems, and building HVAC infrastructure in a government facilities environment. The position emphasizes reading blueprints and operating BMCS systems, with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC License is required.
• Active Public Trust or eligibility to obtain one is required.
• Must hold one or more listed NATE/NATE-related certifications.
• Five or more years of maintenance/repair experience on commercial–industrial equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and specifications.
• Practical knowledge of Chiller Plant Operations and Building Air Systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair environmental control units.
• Monitor BMCS systems and perform preventive maintenance on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Complete reports and documentation of work performed.
• Supervise subcontractors as assigned and provide progress reports.
