You will collaborate with technicians, dispatch, and the parts department to resolve discrepancies, monitor outstanding invoices, and support monthly billing reports. NetSuite experience is a plus in this role. Strong detail orientation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior invoicing experience in HVAC, plumbing, or commercial kitchen service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
