Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion.
