Christian Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team in Pennsylvania. You will lead installations for furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, guiding projects from start to finish with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean job site.
