H&H Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installation projects from start to finish in the Delaware County area. You will oversee jobsite workflow, ensure high-quality installations, mentor junior installers, and maintain clear communication with homeowners.

This role rewards leadership, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
