Job summary

Christian Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team. You will lead furnace, AC, and heat pump installs, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure safety and top quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience leading installation crews and mentoring team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company requirements.
