Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, wiring line and low voltage, soldering refrigerant lines, and installing ductwork in residential settings.

You will connect gas lines to heating equipment, manage materials for each job, and collaborate closely with coworkers. The company offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a starting rate of $35 per hour with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management
