Job summary

H&H Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking skilled, customer‑focused HVAC professionals to join our residential service team across Delaware, Chester and Philadelphia Counties. We offer competitive pay plus commission, paid training, a company vehicle and full benefits. You will diagnose, repair and maintain residential systems, deliver outstanding service on every visit, and educate customers on maintenance options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional communication and a customer-first approach.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ yrs old per company policy.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every home visit.
• Educate customers on system conditions, maintenance, and repair options.
• Document all work performed using company technology.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure high-quality service.
