Christian Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team in Bucks County, PA. You will lead installation projects, mentor junior installers, and ensure all work meets code and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and related equipment.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring installations meet safety standards and high quality.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specs and company requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain an organized, safe and clean job site.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
