Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, Home Services, or Project Coordination.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Experience with permits, scheduling, or logistics is helpful.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule HVAC system installations and coordinate technicians, installers, warehouse staff, and sales.
• Order and track equipment and parts; ensure job readiness before installation day.
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation process and prepare paperwork.
• Register equipment and maintain records in ServiceTitan; verify invoices.
• Complete post-installation follow-ups and assist with financing paperwork.
• Support Customer Service during peak seasons.
