Job summary

Meyers Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an organized, detail‑driven Customer Service & Install Coordinator to manage scheduling, inspections, and installations. You’ll be the voice on the phone and the behind‑the‑scenes organizer ensuring smooth client journeys from first call to post‑install follow‑up.

Ideal candidates excel in fast paced roles, have strong phone etiquette, and can navigate scheduling software, Excel, and Word. HVAC knowledge and local inspection familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in call center experience or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; Field Edge experience preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple lines.
• HVAC experience or knowledge of local inspections is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate installs and build work orders; ensure details support install teams and inspections.
• Check in with clients after installations to ensure a top-notch experience.
• Work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Install Manager to deliver a great client experience.
