Job summary
Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning – Springfield & Branson, MO is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who can oversee residential and light commercial installations with pride in craftsmanship and customer service.
You will install, start up, test, balance, and document systems, educate customers, and work with a team to deliver reliable comfort. A strong candidate has EPA certification, a valid license, and the ability to work in varied spaces and weather.
Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification is required.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to pass background screening and pre-employment checks.
Responsibilities
- Install complete HVAC systems (residential and light commercial).
- Perform start-up, testing, balancing, and quality checks.
- Ensure installations meet specs and code requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and document work.
- Educate customers on operation and maintenance.
- Suggest maintenance plans and IAQ solutions when appropriate.

As an HVAC Installer, you'll install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Install complete HVAC systems including:
- Split Systems
- Furnaces
- Air Handlers
- Condensers
- Heat Pumps
- Mini-Splits
- Thermostats
- Indoor Air Quality Products
- Smart Home Devices
- Ductwork
- Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and professionally.
- Perform start-up, testing, balancing, and quality assurance checks.
- Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Educate customers on the operation of their new equipment.
- Recommend maintenance plans and IAQ solutions when appropriate.
- Complete installation documentation using our company technology.
- Represent Aire Serv professionally on every job.
