DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor to lead the installation team and ensure quality installations while guiding apprentices and coordinating with the Operations Manager on the apprenticeship program. The role emphasizes training, customer experience, and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years working in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Advanced organizational abilities.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is required.
• EPA Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure procedures are followed at all times.
• Visit jobsites to ensure installations meet proposal details.
• Lead installations to complete on time with quality standards.
• Assist with apprentice growth program and classroom/field training.
• Provide feedback to management to improve profitability and quality of installations.
• Communicate daily with technicians and apprentices on schedule.
