DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks an HVAC Installation Manager to lead installation projects for commercial and residential properties. You will drive on-time, on-budget completion with a focus on quality and safety, coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and clients.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in residential HVAC, strong blueprint literacy, and hands-on site management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership/management in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.
