Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leadership experience in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all HVAC installation activities from project inception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Maintain thorough documentation: daily reports, incident logs, change orders, progress updates.
