Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leadership and management experience in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams of technicians and subcontractors.
• Strong communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Manage site activities: scheduling, resources, and supervision of technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
