The ideal candidate has a decade of leadership experience in residential HVAC, proficiency with blueprints and MS Office, and familiarity with Service Titan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership/management experience in residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all HVAC installation activities from inception to completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Manage site activities, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specs.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination to align with customer timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards during installation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Duties

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership and management with a focus on Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and management.
