Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a dynamic HVAC Installation Manager to lead installation projects for residential and commercial systems, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in HVAC installation, strong blueprint literacy, scheduling and safety expertise, and a proven ability to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to drive excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of leadership and management experience in Residential HVAC installation or related fields.
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Suite. Service Titan software experience preferred.
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site safety protocols.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams of technicians and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and management.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all aspects of HVAC system installations from project inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Manage site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of field technicians and subcontractors.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
Oversee project scheduling and coordination efforts to align with customer's schedules.
Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and efficient project execution.
Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and progress updates to support project transparency.
