Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to advance your career installing top-of-the-line systems and keeping customers cool.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience required.
• 3–4 years for lead position in install projects.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $100,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need from YOU:

• Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
