Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician in the Charlotte, NC area to install top-of-the-line systems and keep customers cool. You'll analyze work orders, install equipment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality installations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience required for helper role.
• 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience required for lead role.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

What We Need From YOU

• Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
