Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (helper role).
• 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience (lead role).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team and departments to optimize processes.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and guide apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and uphold professional conduct.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $100,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need from YOU:

• Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
