Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience for helper role; 3–4 years for lead role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are equipped for each installation.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and uphold professional conduct.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $100,000+/yr

What We Need from YOU:

• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
