• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $100,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need from YOU:

• Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity
