Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum (Helper).
• 3–4 years of residential HVAC installation experience (Lead).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle record, background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
