Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician in Mooresville, NC. You will install, service, and support top-of-the-line HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum residential HVAC installation experience for helper role.
• 3–4 years residential HVAC installation experience for lead role.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Good physical dexterity and stamina.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles for safety and efficiency.
