Job summary

Streamline Plumbing and Electric, Inc. is seeking a residential HVAC Installer in Durham, NC. You will install full systems to spec and code, working with a tight-knit team to deliver quality results in customers’ homes.

You’ll need 1–3 years of install experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks. EPA 608 certification is required, and Service Titan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential HVAC install experience.
• Exceptional communication with customers and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops).
• Clean driving record; Service Titan experience a plus.
• EPA 608 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork and full HVAC systems to spec and code.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with install team and dispatch.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked, acting as your mobile office.
• Represent Streamline well in every customer home.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about craftsmanship and teamwork. We need a professional who can install complete HVAC systems correctly the first time, and, most importantly, represent Streamline well in every customer's home.

• Be the Craftsman: Install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and full HVAC systems to spec and to code, on schedule and done right.


• Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with your install team and dispatch.


• Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!

Requirements

You're a Great Fit If:

• You have 1-3 years of residential HVAC install experience.


• You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service and teamwork skills.


• You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, various environments).


• You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!).


• EPA 608 certification required.
