Region Home Services is seeking a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations, supporting both installations and service calls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
• Perform equipment change-outs and full system installations
• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month for after-hours service calls
• Follow all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and team members
• Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times
