Job summary

Region Home Services in Bucks County, PA is seeking a skilled full-time HVAC Installer & Service Technician to join our field operations, supporting both installations and service calls.

You will work on residential systems, diagnose issues, perform equipment change-outs, and ensure clean installs and outstanding customer experiences. The role includes an on-call rotation one week per month and room for advancement as our company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation and/or service experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/basements.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems.
• Perform equipment change-outs and full system installations.
• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation one week per month for after-hours service calls.
• Follow all manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, dispatch, and team members.
• Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times.
