ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an organized HVAC Install Coordinator in St. Pete, FL. This role coordinates installation schedules, communicates with customers and technicians, and ensures jobs are prepared, scheduled, and completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule residential HVAC installation appointments based on technician availability and workload.
• Communicate with customers to confirm dates and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate installation schedules in company systems.
• Prepare installation paperwork and required documentation.
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Assist with processing installation paperwork and invoices.
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, customer service, and installation teams.
