Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a motivated HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead installation strategies for the branch, directing performance and ensuring efficient project delivery.

The role involves managing installation staff, budgets, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with teams to maximize profitability and ensure high service standards. This is a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, with 6–8 years in a service industry.
• HVAC industry experience/knowledge required.
• Management experience with a track record of success.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops the installation staff, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Evaluates workload and schedules service to maximize profits.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction and may conduct site surveys.
• Creates and manages budgets.
• Ensures materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.
• Generates reports on departmental operations and inventory.
• Reviews payroll records to ensure technicians are paid properly.
• Oversees facility and equipment maintenance.
